Quality Technician

**Quality Resident**
**Role Summary**
- Immediate attention to quality problems and customer online inventories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysis in conjunction with the client to determine the root cause of the online impact due to quality problems or inventories.
- Coordinate containment of material for customer claims.
- Notification of preventive or corrective rejection in customer lines, issuance of quality alerts and clean points, monitoring or auditing of material receipt.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
- Management and supervision of personnel assigned as third parties, GP12, inspectors.
- Ensure the control of physical inventories and in the client system, notifying risks of line stoppage due to material shortages.
**Education**
- Industrial Engineering or similar
**Work Experience**
- Automotive industry
