Assist the local quality team in implementing and maintaining a Quality system, including audits, controls, training in tools and methods, reporting of quality KPIs and customer cases, and process documentation.

Quality Specialist
**Your responsibilities**:
- Executes and assists the local organization with specific quality content, tools, and systems.
- Supports quality assurance activities in collaboration with local production, engineering, and other relevant functions.
- Acquires and reports in an accurate and timely manner on Quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the analysis and management of local processes.
- Utilizes measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
- Trains local operational teams in relevant elements of quality management, supports implementation and raises opportunities for improvement.
- Provides feedback to work teams from their internal and external customers to promote alignment between process output and customer expectations.
- Assists the local quality team in implementing and maintaining a Quality system.
Conducts routine audits to ensure the conformance of processes or products with established processes, procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Leads small work teams in the documentation of their processes and the implementation of quality controls to ensure consistent and predictable results.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or Technical Career in Quality Control.
- 0-2 years of experience at least in quality roles.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in release of drawings and interpretation of electrical drawings.
- Intermediate-Advanced English level.
