Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Assists the local Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies, reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintaining process documentation.**Your responsibilities**:- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.- Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.- Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.- Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective introduction of new products.- Providing quality training to local teams, enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control.**Your background**:- Technical Career in Quality Control or Industrial Engineer Recently graduated.- Recently graduated to 2 years of experience in quality roles.- Tools (Fish Diagram, Histogram, Pareto).- Knowledge of Standard: ISO 9001:2015- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Interpretation of Electric diagrams desirable.- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledges- Internal audit certification desirable.- Resolution Problem Solving- SAP proficiency desirable.- Intermediate-advanced English level.- Strong oral and written communication**More about us**:
