Quality Tester

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Conduct quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Participate in the development and update of quality standards and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior quality analysts and technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities.
- Maintain and update quality records and reports.
- Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance
- Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
