Education: Industrial Engineer or similar Student (Active student in the last semesters)
Duties & Responsibilities Support QE responsible for the project in diverse activities.Participate in APQP activities and Trials (such as packaging trial, paint/process trials, etc.) as required.Support in obtaining acceptance and limit samples.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and recommend a course of action.Assist in preparing PPAP submissions on assigned programs.Support in dimensional evaluation of parts using appropriate gauges.Assist with process capability and process performance studies and data collection.Participate in operator and cell leader training.Follow up on GP12/Safe launch trend, action plan, and corrective actions.Safety, Quality and Environmental Responsibilities Safety: Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.Report any hazards or acts in contravention of company policy or legal requirements.Quality: Comply with all company Quality Management system policies, procedures, and instructions.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product, process, or quality system nonconformance.Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, or quality system.Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.Verify the implementation of solutions.Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.Manage internal DMR sorting through to completion.Comply with all environmental controls and legal obligations.Required Skills GD&T (Basic knowledge)Blueprint reading (Basic knowledge)Intermediate – Advanced English levelOrganizational skillsAble to work independently.Leadership and organizational skills.We offer: Economic support: $8,400
