**QuickBooks Staff Accountant (Property Management Company)**Bay Management Group currently has an opening in our corporate office for an QuickBooks Staff Accountant.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**- Education: High School Diploma, with college degree preferred- Experience: 2+ years of Accounting experience- Attention to detail- Ability to adapt to change fast- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills- Computer literacy to include spreadsheets, outlook, Adobe, and ability to adapt to new software programs.- AppFolio experience is preferred- QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization- Record and maintain company financial transactions- Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and research information to provide accurate and timely solutions- Other duties as assignedPay: $194.76 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:N/AApplication Question(s):- Is your spoken and written English at excellent professional level?- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Is your resume submitted in English?
