This information may include customer requirements, product or service details, quantities, delivery timelines, and any special requests.- **Pricing Analysis**: They analyze pricing factors, such as production costs, labor, materials, to determine the most suitable pricing strategy. This involves considering both the company's profitability goals and the customer's budget- **Creating Quotes**: Using specialized softwares, you will create detailed price quotes that outline the costs, terms, and conditions of the proposed transaction.- **Customer Interaction**: You will communicate directly with customers to clarify their requirements, address questions or concerns, and negotiate terms when necessary.- **Documentation**: You will maintain accurate records of all quotes provided, including customer interactions, pricing details, and any special considerations or exceptions.- **Collaboration**: You will work closely with production, to ensure that quotes align with the company's capabilities and resources.- **Follow-Up**: After a quote has been submitted, you may follow up with customers to address any additional questions or concerns.- Take every opportunity to live to the DecoPress purpose to help people grow, including our customers through education on products, process, and systems.**What You'll Have**:- Passion for brining people together and promoting a united cohesive team- 2-4 years of Administration experience- Ability to multitask- Adaptability- The ability to remain flexible and not ridged in approach. Coachability, willingness to learn and develop, the ability to problem solves and remain calm under pressure.- The willingness to jump in and help where necessary
