Come and join us!Job Description: By joining the Infineon Americas Pricing Intelligence Execution Team, you will have the opportunity to work cooperatively with a diverse group of professionals within Sales and Marketing and leverage your analytical and technical skills.
As a Quoting Specialist, with a highly operational, system & process driven and problem-solving focus, you will have a direct impact on the company's revenue and profitability.In your new role you will:Distribution Pricing Management:Assume pricing ownership of regional distribution business.Utilize knowledge of product value and market trends, balancing the interests of Infineon with the requirements of customers to create winning profitable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.Collect, synthesize, and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies and decision making for Regional Marketing teams.Interface to Distributors and Reps:Provide excellent customer service for all pricing or quoting topics from our Distribution Partners in North and South America.Provide support to internal teams in all quoting related matters.Support external sales rep questions.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering related fields (Business Administration, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, and Electrical Engineering).1-3 years of experience in pricing, marketing or similar functions in the tech industry is highly preferred.Basic understanding of the Sales and/or Distribution side of business - ideally with knowledge of pricing and/or quotes; experience within the B2B area is considered a plus.Proven skills in data analytics.Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and very good with numbers.Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.Service minded.Proven experience as a strong team player.The ability to be a quick learner and have a high level of curiosity.Ability to work independently and to structure own work.Fluency in English with stellar written communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel); experienced in BusinessObjects; knowledge of SAP CRM and analytical tools is highly preferred.Position based in GuadalajaraHybrid work mode.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
