**R2R CoE Analyst - IG**:

The R2R CoE consists of control related roles as well as accounting expert roles within R2R processes; primarily role of the CoE is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated from Global Hub.

Finance Delivery Manager - GA
**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform IG-related daily CoE tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, in order to deliver target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics (for respective area of responsibility).
- KPI orientation, by timely performing tasks for respective area of responsibility.
- Intra-group matching tasks including: Review ICMR report and determine whether adjustments are needed; Investigate root cause of mismatch; Resolve root cause; Receive and validate dispute request from buyer.
- Dispute resolution including: Create & update dispute case; Reach out to seller to ask if dispute can be accepted; Accept or reject dispute (seller); Communicate resolution.
- Orientation on continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner.
- Ensure that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented.
- Act as control performer for internal controls for respective IG areas.
- Use metrics (KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process that will deliver expected benefits (be able also to prioritize).
**Your background**:
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience; Dispute Management work experience - nice to have.
- Working knowledge of SOX Controls.
- Knowledge of E2E IG processes.
- Knowledge of major technological platforms in ABB and tools like Celonis, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects.
- Good ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner. Understanding of continues improvement methodology as per Lean Six Sigma.
