**R2R Regional CoE Manager**:

The R2R CoE consists of control related roles as well as accounting expert roles within R2R processes; primarily role of the CoE is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated from Global Hub. Lead the R2R CoE team which includes direct supervision of the team, interaction with GPO and BPM team, business stakeholders, global operational Hub leaders, CoE R2R in SLP and ensuring CoE is globally operating towards agreed objectives. Ensure that defined service level agreements for R2R and CoE are successfully met.

**Your responsibilities**:
- People management of the team which consists of highly qualified experts which include daily support, coaching and mentoring and performance management, including the supervision of CoE R2R in SLP.
- Serving as Control Owner (BPO role) for internal control for respective R2R process areas. Ensure a healthy and robust internal control and risk mindset and ensure that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented.
- Continuously assess opportunities for improvement / efficiency; drive standardization & automation in possible areas using continuous improvement methodologies in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain business continuity plan (BCP) for Global R2R operations.
- Involvement in managing and prioritization of R2R related projects.
- Lead an efficient CoE team, including development, integration, testing and deployment of further automation and process improvements.
- Lead the daily CoE tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, delivering target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics.
- Supervision of the team on day-to-day responsibilities, motivate team to achieve quality, efficiency to meet or exceed all goals. Build a culture of continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner.
- Provide governance and be the escalation point for all issues, conduct regular reviews and provide signoffs for projects on milestone / metrics reports.
- Use metrics (KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process that will deliver expected benefits.
- Encourage data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems.
- Be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership and wider management on their business needs, issues and emerging trends.
- Establish an escalation matrix and serve as the escalation point for the CoE R2R processes.
**Your background**:
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of operational experience and 5 years of managerial experience (similar of higher team size).
- Working knowledge of SOX Controls.
- Extensive knowledge of E2E R2R processes.
- Knowledge of major technological platforms in ABB and tools like Celonis, etc.
- Ability to identify risks, guide team to implement the mitigation solution and manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects
- Good ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner.
- Practical knowledge of change management and continues improvement methodology.
- Fluent English level.
