**R&D E-mobility - Sensors Engineer E-motor**

Design, calculation, selection and mechanical layout of sensors within electric motors

**Educational Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Advanced English - TOEFL min.
Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)

**Technical Prerequisites**:

- Background in Sensors design
- Background in FMEA
- Advanced knowledge of e-motor design
- Applicable engineering & physics knowledge
- Automotive knowledge or background preferred
- Knowledge of the Product Development Process
- CREO software design
- Microsoft office

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design, calculation, selection, and mechanical layout of sensors within electric motors.
- Perform calculations and analysis necessary to ensure proper sensor selection so that the sensor design meets both internal and customer expectations.
This includes packaging, mechanical performance, FEA, tolerance stack-ups, VA/VE and design for manufacturability.
- Work closely with the CAD and FEA responsible persons within the group as well as engineer in other departments.
