**What you need to know about this position**:
1.
Brindar soporte durante pruebas en planta, arranques de línea y/o implementación de iniciativas lideradas por el área asegurando el debido registro y resguardo de la documentación relacionada (toma de datos, análisis, validaciones de laboratorio y sensorial, reporte de pruebas, especificaciones).2.
Analizar los resultados de las pruebas de laboratorio y/o industrial junto al líder del proyecto de R&D, a fin de establecer las especificaciones requeridas o en su defecto establecer los próximos pasos que apliquen según la fase de desarrollo en ejecución.
3.
Planificar, ejecutar y documentar los estudios de vida útil de products según la solicitud del líder del proyecto, asegurándose de realizar los análisis físico-químicos, microbiológicos y sensoriales que apliquen, en las fechas establecidas para ello.
4.
Dar soporte en la actualización de los procedimientos internos del área, cuando así se requiera.
Así como también, garantizar el adecuado resguardo de la información inherente al diseño de productos y/o procesos.
5.
Brindar soporte en el envío y recepción de muestras de producto y/o materiales requeridos, hasta asegurar su llegada a destino

* Facilidad para relacionarse tanto con personal de planta como administrativo.

**Education / Certifications**:
Estudiante Universitario de Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Química/Industrial, Licenciados en Alimentos, Química o Biología o carreras afines a la Industria Alimentaria.
