We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our R&D team as a Packaging Coordinator for Unilever Food Solutions (UFS)R&D team in NOLA.**Location**: Tultitlan, Estado de Mexico**What will you do?**You will be responsible of the development & implementation of new packaging formats for the UFS NOLA portfolio, including renovation and optimization projects. The role is responsible to generate and validate new pack design and specifications according to factory/3PM capabilities.- Create specifications in AWS system.- Carry out pack validations. Ex. Transit trials, leakage & resistance test.- Ensure locked pack designs are implemented completely in the target sourcing unit/ 3PM with factory trials, risk assessments & first production monitored.- Be the Packaging Technical point of contact for project gantt generation. (Innovation and non-innovation).- Ensure USLP guidelines implementation and targets accomplishment.**What do you need?**- Graduate of Industrial engineering/ Industrial Desing / Chemical engineering / food technology or similar.- knowledge of Rigids, Flexibles, laminates, and Paper/paperboard packaging.- Understanding of Packaging components and sustainable packaging solutions.- Experience in R&D, preferably in foods.- Preference for experience Packaging development in Foods area and/or FMCG industry.- Good interfacing skills with international teams.- Full working proficiency in English (written and spoken).- Ability to work with new technologies, leveraging internal and external partners Capabilities/ Ecosystems.**Nota**Unilever es una organización comprometida con la equidad, la inclusión y la diversidad para impulsar nuestros resultados comerciales y crear un futuro mejor, todos los días, para nuestros diversos empleados, consumidores globales, socios y comunidades.
