**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Support the cookies and crackers portfolio for America region (North America and LatAm) through lift & shift innovation, portfolio transformation and brand stewardship projects. The main objective of this role is to support exports projects from Mexico to the US by providing technical feasibility assessment and ensure technical documentation readiness required to comply FSMA guidelines. Also, this position will interact with R&D Regional and Global teams (US & others), Regulatory, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Supply chain, Marketing, Finance and commercialization.
**Your Impact**
**As R&D Product Developer Engineer, **your responsibilities would consist of **
- Execute lift & shift exports projects from MX to the US according to business annual plan for cookies and crackers platform.
- Partner with R&D disciplines as Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Food Safety to ensure adherence importer country
- Accountable to deliver project technical agenda and facilitate compliance feasibility communication during project stages.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical documentation specifications in Mexico and US systems.
- Collaborate in the strategy definition to build a strong pipeline based on technical and compliance readiness s and providing technical information regarding costs, formulation and operational feasibility.
- Provide updates and coordinate with project manager to ensure technical activities are aligned.
- Promote networking between C&C Americas and FLNA to continue building strong link in both Regions
- Support innovation, productivity, and Quality projects for US macrosnacks.
- Provide first line communication between exports/imports regions for business continuity and renovation initiatives.
Qualifications:

**Education**
Food Engineering, Biochemical, Chemical engineering or related
**Professional Experience**
1-year experience in Product Development or related to food industry role.

**Certifications / Qualifications / Licenses**
- Office (a must)

- Required to be located at the baking research center in Apodaca Nuevo León.
- Required to travel 30% to national and international destinations.
