In this role, you will oversee projects within our site at San Luis Potosi providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

R&D Team Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leads sub-area project team.
- Defines and suggests to R&D Project Manager scope of work, cost/budget, resources required and time schedule.
- Monitors and controls activities.
- Identifies, contains and reduces risks.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro
- mechanical, Mechatronics or Robotics.
- Three years of experience in Projects Management (budget control, time control, risk management).
- Knowledge in SolidWorks or similar.
- Experience working in new products development, re-design, improvement of existing and/or customized products.
- Strong electrical and electronic knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of power electrical equipment motor control centers and/or switchgear is desirable.
- Understanding of UL, ANSI, and IEEE standards; knowledge of laboratory and electrical measurement equipment and knowledge of Agile Method is desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication, leadership and strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, ability to prioritize, make decisions in difficult or ambiguous situation.
- Change management/facilitation skills and strong technical background.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to travel (15%).
