.Tasks**Overview**:**Core Responsibilities**:- Plan resources for the project (RnD functions - SW, HW, Algo, Test, etc.)- Manage project timeline to customer project milestones- Coordinate all internal cross-functional tasks to meet customer milestones- Hold regular team meetings to ensure proper task alignment and customer expectations being met- Coordinate with production plant to ensure all industrialization/start up milestones are met- Project profitability- Report on Change Requests and PCN/PTN status.- Change management responsible- With the support of quality, drive resolution of 0KM & common field related warranty issues**Additional Responsibilities**:- Hold customer project reviews- Enter proper data into project management tools and tracking systems (ePSR, Global PS)- Manage escalation of tasks within the cross-functional team as needed with RnD Management Team- Ensure interfaces between product development and manufacturing teams in the region are aligned- Manage the project budget expenses, and solicit approvals for expenditures as needed- Ensure all timing related internal milestones / gates are met- Support Change Control board (CCB) meetings- Additional project management support tasks as workload permits**Qualifications**:**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Engineering Sciences, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent- 5 years Automotive experience in Engineering or Customer project teams- Strong leadership and drive- Strong organizational skills- Highly motivated- High Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Excel programs- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical customer interface position (resident engineering or key contact person in functional engineering area)- Experience with Customer Requirements ManagementValid USA Visa and availability for travel.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with Ford/Stallantis product development lifecycle and release process- Intercultural experience or experience with international project teams**Benefits**:Karriereberatung und TrainingsangebotLebensversicherungGehaltsbonusReisekostenzulageFlexible ArbeitszeitenKantineMitarbeiter werben MitarbeiterGesundheitsvorsorgeAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
