Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process. Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required. YOUR SKILLS +5 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably) Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process. Project management skills. Ability to translate technical information to non-technical. Good verbal and written communication; as well as computational. Ability to multitask, prioritize and track. Teamwork and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.
