YOUR ROLE Develops new approaches, solutions, processes, products within an agreed timeframe.Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process.Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.Executes process develop-s to support x-funct. teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.YOUR SKILLS 5 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care / Skin Care preferably)Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.Project management skills.Ability to translate technical information to non-technical.Good verbal and written communication; as well as computational.Ability to multitask, prioritize and track.Teamwork and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.Advanced EnglishAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
