No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Deliver technical brand stewardship projects for LATAM beverages with typical projects including reformulation due to regulatory changes, altnerative supplier and ingredient evaluations and rapid response issues all critical to maintaining our current businessThis role will be responsible for formula development from benchtop to commercialization, requiring coordination with cross functional R&D partners including operations, quality assurance,sensory, regulatory affairs, commercialization engineering, and our bottling partners**Your Impact**As R&D Scientist your responsibilities would consist of:- Conduct stability testing or shelf life studies, run analytical work, sensory evaluation and work with external laboratories.- Deliver documentation through FSS system - Creation of beverage formula, new raw materials and acceptance test.- Coordinate Pilot plant testing and provide support to bottlers and operations during scale up and manufacturing- Meet success criteria assigned to each project including metrics on time, quality and performance as per aligned in AOP and Global Innovation Brief.- Maintain laboratory facilities, raw materials and laboratory supplies inventories up to date, to maintain the working area, shelf life chambers and storage rooms in order and free of expired samples and materials.- Assist laboratory site management activities, maintenance and calibration program of analytical equipment.- Maintain safe environment and alignment with Laboratory Safety policies and to declare any accident or violation to the safety program.- Work in partnership with local and regional regulatory and nutritional teams, as well as Sensory and analythical teams to ensure meeting project deliverables- Lead new material / supplier qualification process following PepsiCo protocols, supporting operations when process trials are required
