**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as technical lead for 11 engineers at 2 sites (SLP and MTY).
- Conduct local PDAs, hiring, for SLP and MTY team.
- Act as technical lead of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) moving to global PLM.
- Responsible of enhancements of product according to Cost reduction, sustainable materials and Better ways to produce.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering areas; Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical or Mechatronic.
- Ten years of experience in Research & Development, Technology, Product, Design, Application Engineering areas.
- Experience on new products development, re-design, improvement of existing and/or customized products and manage PLM Systems.
- Two years of Team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of power electrical equipment MCC and/or switchgear or combination & knowledge and understanding of UL, ANSI, and IEEE standards.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong electrical and electronic knowledge.
- Experience in Arc resistance Product design / mitigation Preferred.
- Experience in Coordinate simulations for dielectric, static or dynamic forces for various products is desirable.
- Passport and effective visa Preferred.
- Analytical skills, solutions-oriented, engineering problem solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a project team environment.
- Availability to travel (30%).
