.About the jobDanone Mexico with the new context and global needs has a new R&I Organization unified as a ONE DANONE to take care of the Water, Dairy and Plant Based portfolio. One of the strategic areas to fuel the growth of the company is related to cost efficiency, where a new Team has been put in place named PROFIT CENTER.Within the Profit Center we focus on creating value through formula and packaging reformulations and redesign to be more competitive and deliver profitability to the whole materials part of the P&L. Also we believe in new ways of working and models to add more on re balancing the attributes valued by consumers using Design To Value and Design Thinking methodologies to challenge current base of specifications and product offer.The Profit Center Team is looking for a SENIOR R&I MANAGER to broadly lead and manage:- STRATEGY- Overall Productivity Strategy Raws and Packs- Team Strategy- Synergies with transversal stakeholders- PEOPLE- Lead team of 10 FTE´s mix of Packaging and Formula Developers- People development- EXPERTISE- Lead a transversal One Danone Packaging Cluster- Financial expertise to connect value drivers to business caseDelivering quality, safety and compliance based on consumer preference and acceptance with value added projectsObjetivos de la posición Requerido- Portfolio Productivity: Create and animate high added value and complex projects by preparing and managing concepts in line with consumer needs, the business strategy and the operational set up, to deliver on time, on cost and on quality solutions
