Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage QRF Team workload between TPZP and PCMPerform QRF on Workplans and Crossing ApplicationsPerform QA/QC on outgoing submittals, RFI's, and RFS's to RailroadsAssist in Managing Rail Team Railroad Schedules- BNSF (new)/UPRRCoordinate Utility Schedule ChecklistParticipate in Next Utility planningAttend all Rail Team MeetingsManage UPRR Utility Coordination meetingsCreate minutes and agendasDevelop methodologiesProvide info to 3rd party coordinatorsProvide info to Issues List meetingsCoordinate with UPRR/BNSF/SJVRR, PCM 3rd party, wider PCM teams, and TPZPProvide updates to issues matrix logCoordinate with field staffOrganize and attend pre-construction meetingsUpdate counts on WP's and CA's for PCM scheduling and project control teamsProvide 10-day notice letters to UPRRObtain PGE signatures for UPRR Crossing AgreementsAttend and provide updates for the CVSR Land Conveyance meetingsConduct field visits-verificationPerform other duties, as requiredPreferred Experience/Education BS Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)2 years of construction management/ (Heavy Civil) Construction industry experience is a plusMust possess strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills. Must thrive in a team environment.Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilityWorking knowledge of MS Office, Blue Beam(pdf), CADD, and scheduling software/concepts.Experience interpreting and reviewing civil engineering drawings/designsInclude your education and years of experience, as well as role, responsibilities, and achievements in major projects.
