RMA ADMIN

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create RMA Number (in SAP)
- Check Warranty entitlement
- Provide Shipping instructions to customer
- Inform CQM, FA Team/ Pre-alert factory or DE of a forthcoming RMA.
- Coordinates with Calexibo, logistic hub for Customs clearance.
- Creates repair order
- Creates delivery note
- Create/Release Invoice for NFF/Customer-induced defects
- Monitors Warranty Returns from customer
- Monitors Receipt
- Monitors FA update
- Monitors Shipment
- Monitors RCCA/8D
- Update customer on status (with CQM) until Notification is closed

Report Turn-around time and results

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With excellent organizational skills.
- With basic knowledge in a manufacturing process and logistics.
- Computer literate; With at least basic knowledge on SAP or any MRP system.
- Must possess certain skills, such as communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management, customer service, record keeping.
- Can speak English and Spanish.
- Fast-learner

**EXPERIENCE**:

- With at least 1~2yrs experience in customer service or administrative assistant.

**EDUCATION**:

- A graduate of any 4-year Bachelor Science degree in business management, accounting, marketing or engineering course.
