**Responsibilities**:
- Bring awareness and educate the software development community about RBAC, access control best practices, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends in the RBAC and IAM space.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Programming experience or as a software liaison or product owner.
- Knowledge of authorization and authentication techniques, as well as directory services.
- Solid grasp of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.
- Superb attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled at bulk data manipulation.
- Collaborative and inclusive with a positive demeanor, well-suited for working across geographical organizations.
- Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical and leadership teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Experience with IAM platforms, SOX compliance, and audit process is preferred.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Related disciplines considered.
- Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in either the IAM or the Software Development space.
