**Manufacturing Manager**
**Position Summary**
- _We are looking for the best talent for the Manufacturing Manager vacancy. We are a leading company in the construction of electrical signals and due to the growth of our plant we are looking for you. _
**Your Role**
- _Promote and maintain a safe work environment. _
- _Implement strategies and activities to ensure the Safety, Quality and Productivity metrics _
- _Coordinate with service areas activities for continuous improvement. _
- _Promote and develop skills of the people under his responsibility. _
- _Development cost reduction projects _
- _Optimize the management of the assigned resources. _
- _Compliance with the objectives defined by the organization _
**Your Background**
- _Minimum experience of 3 years in the same position. _
- _Professional career degree (Industrial Engineering or similar) _
- _English 80% (speaking, reading and writing) _
- _Management and guidance of groups _
- _Initiative of taking own decisions. _
- _Technical problem solving tools. _
- _Capacity to work under pressure. _
