.The RCSA Control Tester will be working within the Chief Data Office providing assurance on the risk and control environment towards meeting applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for Commercial Banking, Consumer & Business Banking and Operations. The goal of the RCSA Testing team is to support compliance with regulations and requirements and facilitate the assessment of the controls. This person will be working with control testing for Technology (First Line of Defense) executing control design and performance assessments. Ensure compliance with Regulations, Corporate Standards, and Corporate Policy based on Key Risk Indicator (KRI) framework while providing input into appropriate testing strategies.**Job Duties**:- Execute the control assessment phase of RCSA annual plans. The results provide critical information for management to understand the control environment of their business and meet requirements for the assessment, mitigation and reporting of risks and internal controls for the Bank.- Execute against Control Performance Assessment for all assigned controls.- Draft and execute test procedures to assess operating effectiveness of controls.- Obtain, examine and analyze records from various systems, reports, operating practices, and documentation for compliance with bank policies, regulatory compliance and adherence to appropriate procedures by communicating with Business partners across the Bank.- Ensure proper utilization of bank policies and line of business procedures.- Operates within the First Line of Defense to execute the Enterprise Risk Framework and ensure compliance with Regulations, Corporate Standards, and Corporate Policy.- Performs control evaluations (both control design and control performance assessments) through collaboration with various stakeholders while influencing parties towards strategic goals.- Test controls for the implementation of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) framework while collaborating with internal teams, including the Technology senior leadership team, to gain an in-depth understanding of existing risks, causes, severity rating, controls and remediation.- Conduct analysis of Technology issues, risks and root causes and work with key stakeholders to respond to auditors and regulators questions and requests related to KRI program and metrics
