Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.RDC PMO is responsible for supporting Project Management Day to day activities on Business Operations and Project Management process, based on Nokia Process and PM Methodology and using the main company tools to manage, monitor and control all task or KPI assigned.Main Activities- Transactional Activities organized around a catalog of Services packs linked to: Reporting, Project Management Tools, Financial Reporting and project execution documentation management and general support.- Work with invoice/booking customer purchase order, sales forecast, on time service metrics, project reviews material, process documentation, PM tools support, vendors payments. Interaction with all project support areas.- PM Communication Material preparation to share and teach internal processes.- Interact with several tools simultaneously to attend PM Support request.- Solving tools issues based on process well understandingKnowledge/Skills- Knowledge in Accounting | Finance Knowledge (Sales Forecast, Costs Management, Risk Analysis, Inventory, Invoice Process)- Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Dynamic Tables, Complex Formulas and Data Base Management - Intermediate/Advanced- Power BI, Power Query- English Intermediate-Advanced (important a big part of our communication is in English also all the training is based on this language, ability to have a business conversation and track project status)This position requires a person who has the flexibility to learn/self-taught person, how to use different virtual tools a high commitment sense.Work under pressure, adapt to a continue change environment, organized and analytical, proactiveAbility to work in a remote mode.Areas: Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business.Scope: according to the skills and abilities we work with LAT and North AmericaDuring the period, you can develop Project Management Skills and get the necessary knowledge to grow professionally on this area
