Network Infrastructure: The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
RDC PMO is responsible for supporting Project Management Day to day activities on Business Operations and Project Management process, based on Nokia Process and Project Management Methodology and using the main company tools to manage, monitor and control all task or KPI assigned.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Transactional Activities organized around a catalog of Services packs linked to: Reporting, Project Management Tools, Financial Reporting and project execution documentation management and general support.
- Project Management Manual, Quick Guides Preparation to help process and tools understanding.
- Prepare communication and SharePoint data Management.
- Tools access provisioning support to Americas Region
- Solving tools issues based on process well understanding.
- Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
Your skills and experience
- Knowledge in Accounting | Finance | Administration
- Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Dynamic Tables, Complex Formulas and Data Base Management - Intermediate)
- Desirable Power BI, Power Query
- Advanced English (important a big part of our communication is in English also all the training is based on this language, ability to have a business conversation and track project status)
During the period, you can learn the Project Management Environment, common Tools and process link to a PM Role by proving support to them.
