Establishing and administering appropriate regular project governance structures at region, country or program levels.-
- Establishing reporting of the projects and regularly collecting and consolidating reports for region, country or program level reviews.-
- Manages customer escalation and issue process (e.g.
CCIs).-
- Driving the achievement of KPIs and operational metrics including ongoing tracking, driving and communication.-
- Collaborating with finance to establish appropriate financial management process for all projects.-
- Ensuring effective project push sales, sales forecasting and input to demand planning.Providing ongoing improvements in project management methodologies tools & processes to meet business and customer needs.-
- Identifying and understanding the impact of other corporate processes and policies that affect the project management community.-
- Accountability for resource forecasting, planning and escalation process in line with business needs.- a) Experience in project management position preferable in an international environment
- b) Good knowledge of project and program management methodologies
- c) Well structure mind-set to create governance and process between the hub and the internal customers (clusters).
