React Developer

We are currently seeking a React Developer to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

**Job Duties**:

- Write code, create unit testing, assist with debugging and documentation
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and adhere to standards placed by client
- Perform code reviews
- Attend meetings
- Coordinate with team

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Up to 3 years working with react or next.js
- Familiarity with Contentful, It's essentially understanding the product, how to navigate the content modeling in it, query against it using the REST API, creating custom apps by hooking up 3rd party APIs, rendering data from within the Next.js app.
- SCSS (Emotion).
- Understanding Git and branch management/strategies
- Independent worker.
- Ability to identify and recommend is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor's or similar coding academy with requisite real world experience
- Experience working with consumer frontend experiences
- Experience working with content management systems
- Prior media experience a plus
