Whenever possible, we utilize AI to enhance efficiency, improve work comfort, and achieve even better results.**Job description**:**Key responsibilities**:- Create clean, maintainable, scalable and efficient code- Implement security and data protection- Identify programming bottlenecks and bugs and find fixes- Collaborate with team members for continuous improvement- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends- Spreading knowledge about new and relevant technologies among the development team.- Coding features (data access, business logic and UI), fixing bugs and writing unit tests.- Testing and documenting (if required to help the team achieve goals).- Conduct code reviews of other team members.**Requirements**:**Must have**:- Have commercial experience in React Native and React.- Familiarity with state/data management libraries (Redux etc.).- Strong knowledge of the latest JavaScript standards and libraries.- Experience with TypeScript - 100% of RN projects in STX Next are developed in TypeScript.- Practical knowledge of unit testing in React using Jest and React Native Testing Library.- Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.- Knowledge of functional programming paradigms.- Ability to write clean, readable and testable code.- Experience in using code versioning platforms, such as GitHub, GitLab or BitBucket.- Good communication skills in English (minimum B2).- Team spirit!**Nice to have**:- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.- Experience with app automation tools, like Bitrise.- Familiarity with app management tools: Google Play Console and Apple AppStore Connect.- Experience with Detox E2E tests.- Knowledge of app configuration in Android Studio and Xcode.- Experience with other front-end frameworks (Vue, Svelte, Angular).**What does working for us look like?**- Cooperate with best and very experienced React Native developers - we do code review, pair programming, internal workshops, hackathons, tech talks and we are great enthusiasts of this technology
