The group also focuses on improving product quality through close collaboration with the Product, Client Coverage, and Technology and Data Services organizations.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the real estate index management research team on index quality, methodology, and publications related topics.Work on operational improvement projects, research-based charting tools/analysis on real estate property and property fund indexes.Collaborate on annual representativeness study on global market size estimations.Your Skills and ExperienceExcellent English communication skills are a must.Financial industry knowledge.Advanced Excel, Python programming skills, data visualization techniques (Power BI).Students in 7th - 9th semester of a bachelor's degree with strong interest in Finance, with a GPA of 90/100.Studies abroad or previous work experience is strongly desired.A self-starter and highly motivated individual, with the ability to work individually and within a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.Understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets.Multitasking and problem-solving skills.Inventive approach to challenges.About MSCIMSCI is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community.
