**(This is NOT a cold calling position)MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OUTBOUND PHONE SALES EXPERIENCEBe prepared work with plenty of fresh leads and close 2-3 home purchase contracts per week to help our growing operation.
**Requirements**:- Excellent English Proficiency**- Sales Experience- Real Estate or Solar related a PLUS- You must be detail oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly on the phone so friendly it would be hard to stop talking with you!- Be comfortable with CRM's, GMail, Google Docs, and technology in general- Real estate cold calling experience a PLUS**You Must Have**:- Laptop/desktop at least i3 processor (at least 2600 CPU benchmark score) + 8GB RAM + 1GB HDD- At least 10mbps internet speed- OS: Windows 8 / Mac 10.8 or later- Noise cancellation headset.
**Responsibilities**:- Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.- Use script to qualify all leads.- Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in CRM- Report to, and assist, Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.- Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.- Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring.
Work with Marketing Manager if necessary.- Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers.
(We will teach you this)- Evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their home.
(We will teach you this)- Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.- Give ratified contracts to Closing Department.- Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.- Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
**Schedule**:PST 7:00am to 4:00pm (minimum hours).

You must get signed contracts to earn commissions!
