Real Estate Administrator

**Compensation**:$4 - $8 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary- Handle all details of the listing and closing process- Manage and manage our CRM- Schedule social media- Problem solve- Set up new systems- Paperwork for all appointments- Assist with Listing and Closing Tasks**Qualifications**:- Background in real estate is required for this position- Reliability is a must- Able to problem-solve- Work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Eastern time, some Saturdays required**About Company**Our business is not about real estate.
