**More about the role**
We're looking for a Real Estate support specialist to join our team in Mexico.
As a Real Estate support specialist you'll be responsible for administrative support for the end-to-end process in real estate.
- Build a strong network within the real estate organization and other departments such as PtP, RtR, Order desk and procurement
- Be responsible for vendor creation, purchase orders creation, resolving invoice and payment issues
- Prepare invoices for self-billing and sublease
- Involve in RE fixed asset accounting; take E2E ownership including IO creation, approval flow set-up and capitalization
- Liaise with landlords on lease updates (f.e.
indexations) or small contract amendments
- Support in BC preparation
- Drive data quality in the real estate database
- Look for ways to improve the end to end administrative process related to fixed assets and leasing
**More about you**
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
- Experience between 2+ years in similar roles.
- Minimal Bachelor's degree, in finance is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills in writing and speech.
Any additional language competence is considered a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Proven strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel to Advanced level.
- Fully understands finance processes including but not limited to: invoice approvals, PO creation, vendor administration, invoice approvals and processing, and basic reporting.
- Ability to communicate with staff, clients and suppliers at all levels.
- IT experience in SAP and Planon is a plus.
