As part of this role, the individaul will supervise two existing and support the continuous improvement of function processes and procedures.**Your Impact**:As Real Estate Asset Management Associate Manager your scope would consist of- Secure Real Estate processes and procedures are properly applied on all real estate transactions and followed by internal customers and broker partners- Build effective business relationships with business units teams (internal customers) to gather legitimacy as a key business partner- Prepare/compile information for real estate business budgeting, as well as Real Estate department expenses for AOP process- Treat or convey to responsible departments any requests/demands from internal customers/landlords such as discussions on physical changes/improvements/maintenance, revision of commercial/legal terms, information for benchmarking, etc
