Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you're not just selling a property but understanding an individual's dreamsBe the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction processFollow-Up, Don't Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clientsHold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate marketSeek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budgetContact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leadsPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transactionCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired resultsQualificationsMust demonstrate a consistent record of real estate successValid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by carExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferredFamiliarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trendsCompensation$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
