**Compensation**:10,000 Mexican peso plus commission**Responsibilities**:- Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans- Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity- Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly- Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook- Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts- Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities**Qualifications**:- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills- 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience- Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video- Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms- Previous experience in the real estate industry**About Company**Commercial Invest is a real estate company experienced in commercial real estate that takes an approach to meet exceeding expectations for our clients.
