Real Estate Disposition Assistant

**Compensation**:$5 - $5 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate showings with buyer agents or cash buyers and keep track of the number of showings per week- Prospecting: Cold Calling Cash Buyers/Agents, Reverse Prospecting MLS- Create listings or assist with listing creation- Follow up with agents and buyers who saw the property and elicit feedback- If interested in making an offer, refer to Dispo Manager and collect feedback for Dispo Manager to deliver to the seller if necessary.- Interface with the seller, buyer agent, buyer, closing attorney, and paralegal as closing coordinator assistant- Keep TC informed on what documents need to be created and signed and by whom- Do List price drops and keep track of days on the market and organize MLS Photos in Google Photo album**Qualifications**:- Organized- Driven, self-starter- Loves learning- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and coordinate with remote teams.- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and other relevant technologies.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.**About Company**Township Properties is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate wholesale company specializing in identifying and securing lucrative investment opportunities.
