**Job Overview**As a Bilingual Sales Representative, your role will focus on selling our properties. If you're skilled at understanding client needs, negotiating successfully, and closing deals, we want you to join us.**Responsibilities**- Prepare bilingual marketing materials and listings for properties- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients fluently in English and Spanish- Build and maintain relationships with bilingual clients to understand their real estate needs- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process**Qualifications**- **Proficient in written and spoken English**; able to communicate clearly and persuasively.- Knowledge of real estate laws and practices in the U.S.- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High Speed Internet and PC/Laptop**How to Apply**:Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
