Real Estate & Distribution Coordinator for RetailApply locations: Miguel Hidalgo, MEXTime type: Full timePosted on: Posted YesterdayJob requisition id: R-97973About the jobThe Distribution and Real Estate coordinator is responsible for ensuring brand accessibility in line with the global CGB distribution strategy and, upon approval, implementing the market cluster distribution plan by ensuring the right channel mix and level of integration, achieving a profitable and sustainable distribution.Prepare and summarize relevant market information (retail environment, benchmarks) in line with global guidelines (e.G., using global data purchasing) for the markets in scope in collaboration with central Distribution Development.Manage the translation of the global distribution framework into the market cluster distribution plan and, upon approval, implement it, securing the right local distribution mix in line with the global CGB strategy.Manage a network of real estate agents and other relevant distribution contacts.Update the central Lease Management Tool for new contracts and changes.Collaborate with the Retail Architecture team by supporting landlord negotiation, providing feedback on store design, layout, furniture usage, cost, and timeline from an operational & business perspective.About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:Bachelor's degree in architecture, real estate, or similar.3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Understanding of the operational model and the respective division.Experience in retail, luxury sector is a plus.Traveling required.Local language and English are required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
