- Consistent lead generation via cold calling/Follow Up
- Dedicate 8 hours daily to a dialer/CRM
- Screen potential sellers based on our 4 Property Pillars
- Aim to generate a minimum of 3 leads daily
- Persistently follow up with potential sellers
