If you are a novice sales person, or only have call center or purely customer service experience, please do not apply- High performer in a 100% commission (or commission heavy) sales environment.
We will pay you a draw for the first three months to give you time to build out your pipeline and then we will switch over to 100% commission compensation.- Energetic, enthusiastic and resilient - doesn't easily get burnt out making hundreds of cold calls per day- Genuine and empathetic personality, able to build memorable rapport with clients over the phone- Open to feedback and thrives in a positive coaching environment**WHY WORK WITH US**:- We close fast and can buy an unlimited amount of properties when they fit our criteria- You'll be joining a really fun and hard-working team around the world who will treat you like family - you will not be just a number with us- Earning potential is extremely high because commissions are uncapped- The real estate market in the U.S. is HOT with lots of growing potential this year**ABOUT THE ROLE**:- This is not a real estate agent position, therefore you do not need a real estate license- This position includes both cold calling (where you'll be expected to generate new leads) and calling warm follow-up leads that have already been set up by our openers- You'll build rapport with homeowners looking to sell their property, confirm property information, overcome objections, and negotiate a win-win offer- Manage leads in our company's CRM (we use Podio)- Interact daily with the other members of your Acquisitions (sales) Team- This is a full-time position (at least 40 hours per week) with the potential for additional hours - the most successful people in this role have been willing and ready to take calls during off hours, at night and on the weekends to sign deals - you can work unlimited hours since after the first three months, this is a commission-only position; the more calls you make, the more deals you'll sign = more commissions in your pocket!
**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum three (3) years experience in Sales (inside sales - sales over the phone - is preferred - we're looking for high performers with a proven track record of success)- Native or near-native level of English, both in speaking, reading and writing with no accent or barely a trace of an accent, as you will be speaking with U.S. based clientele and need to be familiar with cultural norms, ways of speaking, etc.
