Rental Collections Specialist for a Fast Paced Growing Company(Work From Home) GC Realty & Development, LLC, is a real estate brokerage & property management company looking to fill their open Rental Collections Specialist role. GC Realty is working with over 500 housing providers, many who are out of state, to provide top notch housing for Chicagoland renters. The successful Collections Specialist candidate will be responsible for proactively managing the entire collections process, ensuring timely and effective communication with residents and clients regarding delinquent rent. This role involves making regular collection calls, setting up and monitoring payment plans, and handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. What You'll Get Hourly rate of $6 to $8 USD, based on experience.10 days of PTO every year6 holidays plus own birthday holidayAnnual performance bonus opportunities5 star Google Review cash incentivesJoin our Better Book Club and earn money!What You'll Do Own the Collections Process - Take full responsibility for managing the entire collections process, from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring all delinquent rent issues are handled efficiently and professionally.Resident Outreach and Payment Plans - Make at least 80 collection calls per day, contacting delinquent residents regularly. Setting up and managing payment plans, ensuring timely follow-up on missed payments within 24 hours, and overseeing the 5-Day Notice process.Handle Delinquency Reports and Analysis - Monitor and analyze delinquency reports.Communication and Customer Service: Follow standardized scripts for resident communication, manage difficult conversations, and provide remarkable customer service through phone, email, and Live Chat.
