DescriptionEstablish and implement the Facility strategy and maintenance plans.
The position is assigned in Reynosa Plant; this position is accountable to ensure the facilities have the right conditions and costs to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure the appropriate work environment for Hitachi Energy facilities.
Accountable for financial performance, reporting internal and third-party contractors in all aspects of Real Estate.
Ensure the appropriate safety levels are maintained to the Hitachi Energy standards.
Responsible for the compliance of the facility maintenance management program.Job Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with the objectives of facility services, defining the allocation of human and material resources for real estate leadership and internal customers.Manage contractors of Hitachi Energy to optimize the resource and the cost through standardization of equipment and services, always considering the safety and integrity of people in compliance with regulations of the authority.Define the plan for maintenance, repair, and building works and its management.
Ensure that appropriate deadlines and costs are met; ensuring that the work is carried out and the project is delivered on time and within budget.Ensure that the real estate function within Reynosa Plant is properly organized, managed, and staffed by qualified personnel, guiding, motivating, and leading direct and indirect employees in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and practices.Ensure that facility and services are managed and monitored to maximize energy efficiency by developing assessments and recommending energy-saving solutions.Manage related third-party vendors on activities in accordance with corporate standards.Ensure that the activities are carried out with all the necessary safety, quality, and security control measures to mitigate and eliminate risks.Establish and regularly update a detailed corporate real estate inventory of all Hitachi Energy owned, leased/rented equipment, manufacturing facility, warehouse, parking, cafeteria, etc.Track the compliance of the preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance registered on CMMS.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related areas.3+ years of experience.English proficiency at 80% or higher.#J-18808-Ljbffr
