Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remoto-México)

Our passion is to help people buy or sell their real estate. We are investors and own all the properties listed for sale. We reduce fees as we don't charge any commissions and sell at below market prices.Job Profile: We are seeking to hire a Transaction Coordinator. This role will cover the entire acquisition process and sales process.(2) Sales Process: The transaction coordinator will organise a marketing plan for each property purchased. This may include listing with a local realtor (depending on property value), draft a property listing to post on website, social media, craigslist etc. Identify a local photographer to shoot the property.The primary job responsibilities will include- Calling back sellers in a prompt manner- Building a rapport and relationship with our clients.- Reviewing acquisitions and compiling transaction deals for acquisition approvals- Researching property and compiling COMP reports- Liaising with title companies, attorneys, Buyers & Sellers- Speaking with Local realtors, engineering firms, title company- Preparing contracts and updating files- Native fluency in English**- 2 years + experience as an administrative assistant or telesales- Ability to work with CRMs, Excel, Word etc- Prior experience in real estate is desired but not required- Exceptional phone communication skillsAvailability- Full time position with approximately 40 -50 hours per week.Remuneration**PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS LINK**:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $24,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
