You light the way.More about the roleThe Real Estate Workflow Coordinator will be primarily responsible for receiving work requests, creating work orders, and accurately entering and maintaining data within the CMMS software, daily.
This role ensures that all maintenance records, system-generated work orders, and asset management information are up-to-date and accurate, supporting the efficient operation of the CMMS software deployed by the Real Estate Facility Management department.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry: Input and update maintenance records, work orders, and asset information into the CMMS software.Data Validation: Review and validate CMMS data with the responsible Facility Manager for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on CMMS workflow activities, which include Preventative Maintenance work order processes, asset management, and vendor performance (KPIs).Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Program Managers and Facility Managers to ensure timely and accurate data entry.Troubleshooting: Identify, report, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies within the CMMS software.Documentation: Maintain all facility, asset, and vendor related documentation and records as entered in the CMMS software.Compliance: Ensure all vendor assigned work orders are in compliance with company policies and regulatory code requirements.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in data entry, preferably within a maintenance or facilities management environment.Skills: Proficiency in using CMMS software, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
