Receiving Associate

Responsible for the receipt of raw material, give entry to the system in Oracle and safeguard documentation (certificates).
**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for the receipt of raw material, give entry to the system in Oracle and safeguard documentation (certificates).
- Responsible for receiving return trucks (RMA).
- Reception of resin hoppers and nitrogen pipes.
- Administration of conveyor and materials warehouse.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years - Experience in Position
- 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects

- 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

**Competencies**
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with vendors, customers, collaborators of different levels.
- Intermediate Knowledge of inventory, logistics and distribution.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle
- Beginner Knowledge of storage/inventory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to resolve conflicts.
