**Job Description**:
Oversees all receiving & shipping operations, including unloading and sorting of deliveries.

Supervise & train employees according to EHS, CTPAT, Supply Chain and other applicable procedures and guidelines.

Ensure that KPI's are achieved and improved.

Identify and solve any receiving and shipping inventory discrepancies.

Manage in coordination with Import/Export team that daily inbound and outbound operations are completed.

Develop and implement cost saving initiatives from carriers, packings materials and operational costs.
