Receiving Supervisor

The receiving supervisor is in charge of receiving the material in the system, analyzing and evaluating the levels of assortment and obsolescence, and solving problems related to the entry and placement of material.- Reception of materials in the system.- Enter imports into the system.- Analyzes and evaluates the levels of assortment and inventory obsolescence.- Prepare reports for customers and management on consumption and supply levels.- Is responsible for solving problems related to the entry of material, in coordination with other departments.- Is responsible for verifying that warehouse safety protocols and practices are followed.- Time management skills.- Knowledge of computer equipment at the user level and experience in the use of mail and MS Office packages.- Command of English at the comprehension, reading, writing and conversational levels.- Intermediate-advanced command of Excel* Knowledge in Prophet 21 program (preferred)*University degree preferred.- 3 years of experience in a similar position in a maquiladora**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Protocolo de bioseguridad
